A year after arriving in the present, Steve deals with the discovery that his sidekick Bucky is alive as the brainwashed Winter Soldier. Meanwhile, Nick Fury learns that his father Fury Sr. leads the assassin organization ICA. As if that wasn't enough, they would soon face a HYDRA plot to awaken the dormant titan Godzilla.
