Post-Credit Scene: Secretary of Defence, Dell Rusk sits in his penthouse apartment drinking a glass of whiskey as he reads over the news headline, learning of Strucker’s death as well as the Winter Soldier’s failure before seeing an image of Captain Rogers. He compliments his old foe’s efforts, before stating that the worst is yet to come. Rusk then stands up, whispering “HAIL HYDRA”.
