In the story, Steve faces a dangerous new enemy led by Taskmaster, who brings back memories and nightmares from his past. Together with Agent 13, Falcon, and Bucky Barnes, he fights to save the world from their sinister plan. In the end, Steve realizes that he must put everything on the line to save the world, even if it means the end. He sacrifices himself to stop Taskmaster's plan and save his friends and the world.
