After the events of Falcon an the Winter Soldier, H.Y.D.R.A managed to find Steve Roger and kidnapped him just so they could erase his memory but once Falcon an the Winter Soldier fins out about this, they tried to stop H.Y.D.R.A for good and managed to do it but Steve Roger or know other known as The Agent Of Hydra is still on the loose.
