Miami, 1985. Freddy Smith (Terence Hill) and Samuel Porter (Bud Spencer) are two former con men turned FBI agents who are sent to Hong Kong to capture Jack Fraser (Riccardo Pizzuti), a drug lord, who is allied with Hong Kong Triad boss Frank Peng (Gordon Liu). Freddy and Samuel must collaborate with Hong Kong Police inspector and expert of martial arts Larry Lau (Jackie Chan).
