Pelican man, a plantation worker who got exposed to too much radiation. He starts to go to the beach and eat live pelicans. And now he becomes a giant mutant pelican who lost his consciousness, and is always hungry. Despite being a big mutant bird, somehow he is resistant to Talonking's bird control powers
