The overarching antagonist. The adopted father of Jessica and the leader of the nazi extremist party. He is the cone who gave the orders to kill Richard Abraham. He will kill, torture, and kidnap Jews to become sex slaves and even eliminate Germans who goes against his agenda. He believes war is glorious history, and is willing to sacrifice anyone to make sure he will be on the pages of history. Back when Karl tries to kill Jessica for refusing to give service to Everett, Constable Andrew Abraham stops Karl. However, when Karl knocks Andrew to the ground and tries to kill him he stops Karl and adopts Jessica.
