The sadistic older brother of Lucas and a nazi Police Captain. Eventhough, Andrew is Lucas’s best friend, he hates him because Andrew is a more competent police officer and he feels might catch up to him. Despite his sadistic nature and that he doesn’t like Lucas befriending Andrew, he really loves and cares about his younger brother. After he somewhat figures out Harry is the Bridal Mask, he goes after him and accidentally kills Julia Abraham. Harry goes on full rage mode and nearly beats Elias to death, but Andrew ends up shooting Harry. After Harry’s death and putting on the mask, Andrew succeeds in avenging his mother’s death, but unfortunately Lucas witnesses his brother’s death.
