Bonfire builds himself a new robotic assistant called P.1.X.1, a female android that houses an artificial intelligence he programmed, something like Vision & Jarvis. Meanwhile, a new teenage villain called The Prankster has been pulling off theatrical and comedic attacks all over the city. He launches a giant gumball at the HCPD precinct, replaces all of the money in the banks with Monopoly money, switches every street sign in the city, and replaced every police officer's gun with BANG! joke guns. He even live-streams all of his "pranks" for everyone to watch, and has thousands of followers online. Unfortunately, Prankster is way smarter than people probably think. Every prank he pulls is actually a distraction so he can rob either the bank, diamond exchange, or museums. He also makes his attacks as random as possible, so nobody is able to "ruin the punchline".
