Due in part to Bond’s defeat of both Le Chiffre and Mr. Big, Bind has been declared an enemy of the Russian Government and falls into an assassination plot involving a naive Russian beauty in order to retrieve a Russian encryption device that was stolen by S.P.E.C.T.R.E.
