Jay was just finished getting chained from a ceiling in a metal room. Then once every other agent left, Blue Justice & Rockwell were alone. Rockwell says that Jay has some spunk for a little freak. Jay asks Rockwell what is it about Mobians she hates so much. Rockwell narrates a flashback that someone (Dr. Robotnik) attacked a GUN base to reclaim the plans for the Space Colony ARK. Commander Tower, leader of GUN at the time, was killed. Rockwell knew Tower was with Sonic just before the attack, thanks to a photo on the crime scene. She always had strong feelings against Sonic, but this made her HATE every Mobian ever! (Although she KNOWS it was Eggman, she just wants to kill Mobians!!!) As the flashback ends, Rockwell explains that her hatred against Mobius shown in aiding a criminal (Snively) had her fired had her realize that Dr. Robotnik was right all along: that Mobians DESERVE to die!!! Jay asks where he is. Then Rockwell smirks, opening a window, showing that they are above Mobius!!! In what? THE SPACE COLONY ARK!!!!
