Rouge comes knocking on Shadow's door after so many years. Shocked, Shadow said "Please don't tell me there's a 16 year old girl waiting in the car." Rouge jokingly teased, saying "She's 15." Rouge had really come to recruit Jay and Jason because GUN knows about Blue Justice and the Phantom Rider after Snively betrayed them. And who to come next through the door other than Sonic's old caregiver Tom Wachowski. Tom explains the situation on why Blue Justice, the Phantom Rider, and their fathers Sonic & Shadow are needed. A former GUN agent, Rockwell, has created TALON, a rival organization destined to destroy Mobians. An anti-Mobian terrorist group is basically who they are. Jay & Jason begrudgingly accept.
