(After Tower's death flashback) Rockwell and TALON's plan is to bring back the long-thought-lost and abandoned Space Colony ARK. Having acquired the Chaos Emeralds via Snively after he attacked Sonic's house in the first movie, Rockwell can finally unleash the power of the Eclipse Cannon to destroy Mobius!!! Jay says that there are humans on Mobius, too!!! Rockwell scoffs and says "They made their choice." She plans to destroy AN ENTIRE PLANET REGARDLESS OF BEING PEACEFUL OR INHABITING HUMANS!!!!! Jay says "YOU CAN'T DO THIS!!!" Rockwell tells Agent Willoughby to shut up the hedgehog.
