Rockwell was formerly the director of GUN until the time of Commander Abraham Towers' death. She initially didn't trust Team Sonic, Team Rose, Team Dark, Team Chaotix . . . practically all of Mobius!!! She shares Dr. ivo Robotnik's xenoracism (racist for aliens) and blamed Sonic for Tower's death, although SHE KNEW IT WAS EGGMAN'S FAULT!!! After aiding Snively in turning against GUN, she was fired. Now a commander of TALON, Rockwell spends every day hating every Mobian ever, and doing whatever it takes to make sure they are all DEAD!!!!!!!!
