(THE HELMET DISGUISES THE VOICE OF WHOEVER WEARS IT) Nobody knows who the Phantom Rider is, but all Jay and his family knows, the Phantom Rider committed heinous crimes and used Sonic's old Phantom Rider outfit to do it. The culprit would sneak in and steal it, do stuff with it on, and put it back to make sure it was Sonic who had done it! But Sonic is innocent since he hasn't worn that thing in decades, and he'd be too big to wear it! Whoever this could be, all eyes are on Mimic the Octopus, who was a copycat of the Phantom Rider the first time!
