This villain has been collecting Eggman tech like a vulture scavenging for dead meat. Nobody knows who this villain is, or where they came from. All we know is that he's using the tech to rebuild the Eggman Empire Badnik by Badnik, mech by mech, weapon by weapon. They've been stealing tech for almost a year, and spent the rest of the days building and fixing all of it. They've also spent other days testing them out on innocent people, causing chaos in Green Hill City, including the house fire Jay saved the civilians from!
