Snively took Jay to an abandoned Eggman factory outside of Green Hill City, which was Snively's hideout! Jay has been rammed through walls and a window. He ran, not knowing where he was, and got hit by an explosive dropped by Snively! Jay is badly hurt, and Snively says that he ruined everything he worked on. Jay tried to fight, but Snively's mech was too much for the weakened Blue Justice! Snively says that he took his last step. He said that the kids' death would be quick and painless, but now that he ticked him off, he's going to finish them nice and slow. That ticked Jay off and he fought like a gladiator! He kept him alive for the police to take him away. Blue Justice has won.
