Ilan Eshkeri (born 7 April 1977) is a British composer. His catalogue of film scores includes Still Alice, Stardust, The Young Victoria, Layer Cake, and Kick-Ass. He also composed music for the video game The Sims 4 and numerous concert works.

The stories are based on and adapted from the anime movie, the 2000 manga by Benkyo Tamaoki, the Yarudora PS2 Video Games and the Night of the Beasts novel. unlike the 2009 version in which everything is inaccurate and strays away from the source materials.
The stories are set in 1960s and early 2000s respectively. Its main protagonist is a girl named Saya, who hunts bat-like creatures called chiropterans.
