When Shiloh finds himself half dead from crossfire of an event he can't even fathom, he strikes a deal. A deal with a man known only as "the contractor". Now, Shiloh finds himself working in with a group of PDs (that's post-deceased, to the uninitiated), all of whom have a very Mafioso-like mindset.
