Fan Casting Lucy in Blood-C: Demonic Moonlight

An American military officer and former friend of David. She acts as a handler to Saya, and she's the one responsible for awakening Saya from her coffin. Since both Saya and Kagekiri couldn't understand nor speak english, while at the same time, both David and Lewis also have a little bit of understanding of japanese, she acts as a translator/interpreter for both sides since she's fluent in both english and japanese.
