All is good for the Pierce family as crime in Freeland is on the decline. However, when Henderson calls Black Lightning into action after the return of Tobias Whale and the outbreak of ASA inmates at the hands of Gravedigger, Jefferson soon discovers that it will take a family effort to save the day.
