A high school girl in Japan, Yukio found herself thrust into becoming the head of the Washimine Group, a yakuza group in Japan, when the previous leader, Tsugio Bando, was killed by Balalaika when he tried to stop a conflict between a rival group, the Kosa Council, and Hotel Moscow. Totally unprepared for a life in organized crime, she fantasies running away to Roanapur with her bodyguard Ginji Matsuzaki.
