Bao is the long-suffering owner and bartender of the Yellow Flag Bar. His establishment is frequently filled with bullet holes, blown-up, and otherwise trashed, but he always survives by hiding behind his armored bar and firing a shotgun at any threats. Revy owes him for damages, but always manages to avoid paying. He also owns a brothel set up on the top floor of his bar and he is a former ARVN soldier who fought in the Vietnam War.
