In the distant future, humanity has begun to terraform and colonize outer space, with the formation of the Earth Federation Government to protect Earth and our allies, despite the strained peace. However, this peace is shattered by the organization, Deathcula, as they ravage the colonies, leading Dr. Charles Louvre to develop a starship weapon to fight Deatchula. Its name? Bismark. And the team operating it are the Star Sheriffs.
