Edward Maurice Charles Marsan OBE (born 9 June 1968) is an English actor. He won the London Film Critics Circle Award and the National Society of Film Critics Award for Best Supporting Actor for the film Happy-Go-Lucky (2008).
While Batman is away from Gotham, Batgirl, Black Canary and Huntress must team up to defeat the Penguin's criminal empire, but everything gets complicated when the Penguin hires Lady Shiva to kill the group.
