A retired narcotics veteran is called back to duty by the current LAPD special forces captain as the one case he couldn't solve comes to the surface. When an enemy from the past, more dangerous than ever, endangers the security of the city of angels, two generations of police toughs will have to help each other for better or for worse... at least for the villains !
