Before he became the criminal underworld’s favorite legal fixer, Saul Goodman was just Jimmy McGill — a struggling Bronx hustler with a law degree, a busted moral compass, and a talent for talking his way out of everything but his own self-destruction. Caught between shady street deals and high-powered courtrooms, Jimmy chases success with equal parts desperation and delusion. But every shortcut has a cost, and the closer he gets to power, the further he falls from anyone who truly knows him. Set against a gritty New York backdrop of decaying law offices, cartel back channels, and broken relationships, Better Call Saul is a slow-burn tragedy disguised as a legal drama. As Jimmy morphs into Saul, he loses more than just his name — he sheds the last pieces of his soul. With enemies on every corner and trust slipping through his fingers, the question isn’t whether he’ll break bad… it’s how much of him will be left when he does.
