Chrollo Lucilfer (クロロ＝ルシルフル, Kuroro Rushirufuru) is the founder, leader, and member #0 of the Phantom Troupe,[4] and he served as the main antagonist of the Yorknew City arc. His physical strength ranked seventh among the group.[7]
