Dave, also known as Dr. Octavius Brine, is a vengeful octopus and the main antagonist in the Dreamworks film, Penguins of Madagascar: The Movie. He is a former zoo attraction who seeks revenge on penguins after they steal his popularity. He is voiced by John Malkovich.
