Tara Webster is a fictional character and the main antagonist of the twenty-eighth Goosebumps book, The Cuckoo Clock of Doom, as well as its television adaptation. She is the bratty 7-year-old younger sister of Michael Webster, the story's main protagonist who has been making her brother's life miserable for the past 5 years and delights in getting him into trouble with his parents and making him look bad in front of everyone without being punished herself.
