Sumeragi Lee Noriega (スメラギ・李・ノリエガ Sumeragi Ri Noriega?), born Leesa Kujo, is a character introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam 00. Sumeragi is the tactical forecaster/coordinator and commander of Celestial Being's Ptolemaios crew.
