Tippy Tinkletrousers (formerly known as Professor Pippy Pee-Pee Diarrheastein Poopypants Esquire) was a genius and inventive scientist from New Swissland. He is the main antagonist of the Captain Underpants franchise. He is also the main antagonist of Captain Underpants and the Perilous Plot of Professor Poopypants, Captain Underpants and the Revolting Revenge of the Radioactive Robo-Boxers, and Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie, the final antagonist of Captain Underpants and the Preposterous Plight of the Purple Potty People, the overarching antagonist of Captain Underpants and the Terrifying Return of Tippy Tinkletrousers, and a cameo antagonist in Captain Underpants and the Tyrannical Retaliation of the Turbo Toilet 2000. He is voiced by Nick Kroll in Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie and Len Forgione in the Sound-O-Rama Audiobooks.
