Madame Woe is a fictional character and a one-time villain of the superhero TV series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. She is an elemental water fairy monster who was the "monster of the week" in the episode "Peace, Love, and Woe." Madame Woe was an old friend of Rita Repulsa, the Rangers' main archenemy who was sent down to Earth on Rita's orders to capture the majority of the Rangers and destroy Billy Cranston, the blue ranger, but ends up capturing Billy's romantic interest Marge by mistake, assuming that she's a Power Ranger. In the end, Billy was able to escape from Madame Woe's dimension and destroy her jewel by snatching it off her forehead and crushing it into dust, freeing the rest of the Rangers and Marge. Afterwards, the Rangers overpower Madame Woe with numerous punches and kicks before assembling their personal weapons together to create the Power Blaster and destroy her for good with the weapon's firepower. Her Japanese counterpart is Dora Raiger from the original Super Sentai series Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger.
