The Fugitive Doctor is an incarnation of the Doctor, the protagonist of the BBC science fiction television programme Doctor Who. She is portrayed by the English actress Jo Martin, the first non-white person to play the role. Within the programme's narrative, the Doctor is a Time Lord, from the planet Gallifrey.
