Mike Milligan, born Michael "Satchel" Cannon, is a major character in the television series Fargo, serving as a major antagonist in the second season, and a major character in the fourth season. He is the son of Loy Cannon, who later became a hitman working for the Kansas City Mafia. In 1979 he was partnered up with the Kitchen brothers and sent to find Rye Gerhardt, midst a war against the Gerhardt Crime Family.
