Doctor Robotnik is a character from Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. He is the comically despicable main antagonist of the series, and usually has some ridiculous schemes, ranging from drowning an entire village to make a lake, to enslaving greedy sheep to make a monument of him. This version of Robotnik is imfamous for many memes, with the most popluar being "Snooping as usual I see."
