The protagonist of the 90's video game Brain Dead 13. Lance is a hapless teenager who works in tech support. After accidentally insulting the mad scientist Dr. Nero Neurosis, Lance finds himself on the run from Neurosis's minions.
It's like Best and Worst of Villains, but for fictional heroes.
