While Kevin is excited to be the best friend of a superhero, he also can't help but feel jealous that Ben is getting all the fame and cool powers while he's stuck on the sidelines. That changes when his long-lost father, Devin, also known as the Osmosian criminal Aggregor, and his sidekick Argit help Kevin unlock his true potential while driving a wedge between him and Ben. Meanwhile, a group of unscrupulous black ops Plumbers known as the Rooters, led by Max’s old colleagues Phil Billings and Servantis, believe that Ben is not fit to wear the Omnitrix and plan to stop him from potentially destroying the universe by any means necessary.
