Kara Zor-El, daughter of Kryptonian scientists Zor-El and Alura In-Ze, was sent from the dying planet Krypton to guide her infant cousin Kal-El but was knocked off course and lost in space for years before arriving on Earth, where she struggled with grief, displacement, and survivor’s guilt before learning to live again through family, friendship, hard lessons about responsibility, and ultimately becoming a more compassionate, resilient, and protective hero who chooses Earth as home and finds deep kinship and love with Ben Tennyson, whose losses mirror her own.
