Eon is given an entirely new origin story. He’s Ben from a dark future who became possessed by Eon after unlocking his Chronian form in a near-fatal final battle with Vilgax that cost Ben everyone he loved. Eon came to this future under the pretense of wanting to help Ben save the world and prevent an even worse future from coming to pass, only to betray Ben and use the Hands of Armageddon to take over the Earth. Now, Eon decides to invade the main timeline to do it all over again.
