April Terri Winchell (born January 4, 1960) is an American actress, voice actress, writer, talk radio host and commentator. She is best known as the official voice of Clarabelle Cow in the Disney franchise since 1996.
A prince was cursed to be a terrifying beast unless he learns to love another and be loved in return. He soon meets a village girl who's free spirited after her father was imprisoned by the beast who shows him the way.
