While TV rarely speaks, he uses pictures and words to show how he's feeling and when he is talking to contestants. TV himself is often used by the other contestants to display information, stats, and Cake at Stake results. TV seems to believe his role as a mechanical mind is to lend a helping hand and not speak, (as shown in BFB 4) which is why he displays results for Cake at Stake when he needs to, and he generally obeys when he is told to do something, especially by most of the hosts.
