Yuliya Frants (born Yuliya Alekseyevna Dzutseva on May 29, 1989) is a Russian film and theater actress who rose to national fame through her roles in popular television comedies and high-budget mystical thrillers. Born in Dushanbe and a 2014 graduate of the Mikhail Shchepkin Higher Theatre School, she first gained widespread recognition as Vika Bobr in the long-running sitcom Univer. New Dorm. Her career reached a new level of international visibility when she was cast as the lead character Oksana in the cinematic trilogy Gogol (The Beginning, Viy, and A Terrible Vengeance), appearing alongside Alexander Petrov.
