A silent cameo: a young, very pale man with green-ish hair being wheeled past Gordon in Arkham Asylum in a straight jacket. He appears for three seconds, stares blankly (or grins), and is gone. A disturbingly vacant patient—an Easter egg for Batman fans. The Joker exists in this world, locked away, waiting.
