A young gang member selling drugs in a parking lot. Gordon pulls him over, pretends to be a corrupt cop collecting protection money, then smashes his face into the dashboard and forces him to reveal the location of the police-protected drug lab. Cocky at first—"I'm paid up man"—then terrified and broken. He is a small cog in the machine, easily crushed.
