Fan Casting Detective Arnold Flass in Darren Aronofsky's Batman: Year One

Loeb's enforcer, a blond crew-cut former Green Beret who runs the department's bribe collection. He is casually cruel, beating Gordon in a parking garage with baseball bats, then threatening his wife. But alone, without his crew, he is a coward. When Gordon traps him in an alley and demands a fair fight, Flass crumbles. He ultimately turns state's evidence against Loeb, exposing the entire corrupt apparatus.
