Fan Casting Oswald Cobblepot in Batman: Where Fear Lurks

The law sometimes doesn't help either, causing Cobblepot to resolve (in part) his problems with justice to return to his business. Originally in the script there would be a slight mention of the Penguin, but thanks to a suggestion by the director, Molina was called to film a quick cameo.
