In Arkham Asylum while patient Jonathan Crane was being taken to psychiatry, a guard handed him a bag with which he sprayed his fear toxin on everyone in the wing, but no alarm sounded, Hugo Strange approached the place with a special mask telling Jonathan that he has a deal for him, he just has to follow his instructions if he wants to escape from the place alive. In Gotham the Bat-Signal was turned on arriving at the place Batman, Batgirl and Robin where they are informed that Crane seems to have taken control of the entire Arkham Asylum receiving a distress call from Hugo Strange so they go to Arkham being received by Hugo saying where they could enter and supposed safe places so that the criminals do not attack them, in addition to the fact that Catwoman arrived at the place in secret since that day she had planned to recover a necklace that was taken from her during her brief stay in the place.
