Fan Casting ''The Survivor'' in Batman V Superman: Dark Knights of Tomorrow

Immediately after Bruce gives his speech and officially reforms The Regime, we see a disheveled man limping around in the streets of Gotham City, eventually finding a place to hide. As he looks up to see the message of the Superior Batman being broadcasted, we see his face and much of his body is largely disfigured, burned by nuclear radiation. The man chuckles to himself, pulling a revolver out of his pocket, before saying, ''You humiliated me, Wayne... Now I'll be humiliating you!'' before laughing in the dark corners of the city uncontrollably at the thought.
