With this, he disfigures Harvey Dent, weakening him even more when he's already very overworked. Taking advantage of the panic, another new supervillain, the Riddler, takes the opportunity to set a series of deadly riddle traps across the city, with the sole aim of proving to everyone that he's better than Batman. He sends his henchman, a practically immortal super-zombie found in Slaughter Swamp and whom he has been manipulating ever since : Solomon Grundy, kidnapped Dent from the hospital to gain leverage on the Dark Knight.
